2013 will see the Liverpool Carnival Company’s sixth Samba Carnival Parade sweep through the streets of Liverpool city centre. Since its inception in 2008, the parade has seen thousands of international samba performers from countries such as Brazil, Singapore, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Ireland and from all over the UK descend upon the city to take part in the UK’s biggest samba carnival. In 2012, the parade attracted an audience of tens of thousands of people to the streets of the city.
Route: From 7pm at Abercromby Square - Mulberry Street - Oxford Street - Hope Street - Hardman Street - Leece Street - Berry Street - Bold Street - Church Street - finale at Williamson Square from 9.30pm
